"Not every 5 star hotel is a 5 star hotel. Spacious room but insulation poor (loud neighbours as well!) and bed (especially pillows) are not supporting good sleep, No coffee machine in the room, no cable tv either and the fitness room so so (small and not sufficient for more than 3 people), hotel misses ambiance. Overall, price quality is not balanced."

"Concierge was very helpful considerate and inviting from the moment we arrived,
the hotel itself was very clean and the rooms delightful and would stay again the only downfall was they would not replenish the water bottles or the small milks every day (we were there for 5 days) for the kettle in our room so we could have coffee. but one word to the staff and they would rectify it straight away, ideal location close to the waterfront and main streets easy to get to places for dining"

Brown mark on base of pool.
Also plastic fork laying in pool for 2 days
Apart from those 2 issues room clean and tidy, close to town , friendly and imformative staff"

"I absolutely would not recommend this hotel. The first night there were a lot of roaches in my room. They were kind enough to switch me rooms for the night but then had to pack up again for another room the next day where I did see a couple roaches but it was better. Our rooms are nice enough but the hallways have a very funky smell. Not worth it for the price. I asked for a partial night refund but was not granted it Location is ok. But then I went to the harbour area and that is nicer."
