"Trash on the lawn in a few places. One lamp did not work and the coffee machine dump water on the counter when making coffee. The room was nice and sleep well. Had a window to see the lake but a balcony would been nice."

"The room was spic N span! The staff was so helpful, courteous and accommodating. Due to no air conditioning & opening the window, the ceiling fan was just not enough for cooling. "Power outage, which is obviously not the staffs fault, but they did nothing to provide any information or guidance. Obviously all the amenities were out, we lost food in the fridge, there was no water to the room, and no AC. We ended up having to leave."
