"I had a great stay at the Residence Inn Boston Dedham. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is conveniently located near Legacy Place and the commuter rail, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the pool and the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice added benefit. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay."

"I have three criteria for picking a cheap motel when I am traveling. It must be clean, safe and quiet. This motel provided all three, but little else. If you go there, don't be deterred by people loitering outside and around the property. The room did not have a coffee pot or a microwave, and it didn't even have bath towels until I went downstairs, where a curt desk person directed me to the laundry. "Unlike the filthy disgusting property at Heath Street, Ramada was a clean and well serviced small hotel with a basic breakfast included in the booking. There was no bar or restaurant facilities outside of the breakfast but coffee and tea available all day. Location is a bit isolated but there was a shuttle bus free to the train station and for 10$ to the airport."

"We stayed at the hotel for one night, but our room reeked of cigarette smoke. We requested a different room, only to be moved to one that smelled even worse. To make matters worse, when we asked for an extra pillow later that night, we were told that the hotel had none available. This was a very disappointing experience and fell well below basic hospitality standards."

"I had no complaints about the room although one the first 2 nights i didn’t know how to work the AC what was a killer without it but once a cleaner showed me how it works it was fine The staff were probably the best part of the stay I didn’t drive I got a uber all the time (what were crazy fast at picking up And i didn’t really use the kitchen but maybe a cup but that’s it But I got what I paid for with stay"

"One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Feels like they never spent even a dollar in maintenance or renovation. That place is falling apart. Shared bathrooms! The only positive thing is their staff, very friendly."

"We drove from Toronto to watch the England vs Ghana game. The hotel was fairly close to gilette stadium. Staff were friendly,curtious and the breakfst buffet was excellent."

"Heath St is the most disgusting place I have ever been in. Infested with rats and cockroaches in the filthy shared kitchen. One bathroom/toilet for 8 rooms. Nothing provided. No toilet paper, soap or even a towel. We left after 1 night, having paid for 8. This property should not be on Expedia list. I will be pursuing a refund when I return to the UK."
