"It was clean but very dated and old, the shower was clogged and drained super slow, one of the three elevators was broken so the wait time for an elevator was long sometimes up to 5 minutes, the made to order breakfast was ok nothing special with long line to order, the room was noisy as you could hear the cars outside"

"We were out in a room overlooking a six-lane boulevard, a freeway, and a freeway on ramp. The traffic noise made it really hard to sleep. "

"I'm not sure where to begin. I guess the only good thing about our stay was that th AC worked. Otherwise, I was happier to leave than I was staying. The entrance door to our room was damaged from the outside, the towel rack in one bathroom was barely hanging onto the wall, there was a hole punched into the door of the second bathroom, and there was a poorly patched hole on the door to the bedroom. We requested a room with a pull out couch, but there was no extra bedding in the room. When we requested some, all we got was flat sheets. On arrival there was an argument between another guest and the front desk person about their car being towed, with the front desk person rushing me out of the office after giving me my key. We were not told about details for check out or complimentary breakfast, etc. My family and I will not be staying here again, and I recommend others do their best to do the same"
