"Check-in was a breeze, Edgar was very helpful. The rooms were clean and had tons of storage. I appreciate the size of the kitchen and the appliances available for use. Breakfast was lacking variety, same breakfast 4 mornings. We missed housekeeping time and asked them to come back an hour later but no one did. Overall we were comfortable and the place was clean. This was my second stay at this location and I would stay again."

"The room was clean and comfortable loved the view from my room. Friendly staff. The elevator stopped working the staff were quick to put a sign on it and also had it working again by the next morning."

"Over the indoor pool. Was well-maintained. Loved the breakfast. There was only one person doing breakfast. She did a fantastic job. I found her and was so happy to give her a tip as my thank you. Great bacon amazing bisquits and gravy. Delicious hot cinnamon rolls and if course oatmeal juice yogurt fresh fruit. So so good. We stayed for a week and the breakfast was consistently good and the staff were always friendly and helpful."

"Excellent staff. Helpful and courteous. Accommodated a last minute reservation and instant check in for a family medical emergency. The rooms are updated, clean and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were great and the fitness room has an excellent variety of equipment. All are well maintained with friendly and professional staff."

Special shout-out to Carlos, who helped me with my luggage, even though it was not his job, and to Stephanie at the front desk, who helped me change rooms when the air conditioning was not working in my first room. She brought the new room keys up to me, and I am so grateful to her."

"This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. It was a difficult night and I didn't sleep well with nightmares of some kind of infestation crawling on me. Sorry to be dramatic. "Clean enough, Cozy enough room & bed, Good enough shower. Staff was polite and helpful with direct questions; but Not proactive about useful overall info and supplies —like when breakfast hours were; no milk for the oatmeal breakfast; no daily refresh on room supplies $2 Washer & Dryer worked; but required $4 for full dry"
