We booked the Fuji View Room — great location! It’s only a 10-minute bus ride to the visitor shuttle bus station. The onsen was wonderful. After 3–4 days of sightseeing in Japan, my feet were pretty sore, and the onsen helped a lot.

The shuttle bus is very efficient and useful. An easy 5 minute walk to lake Kawaguchiko. Staff are helpful and polite. Free breakfast is good! good area to stay in close to tourist attractions. Full sized bath tub! Bed was very hard but pillow and blanket were nice.

Helped me see Mt. Fuji at sunrise. There was a thick layer of fog forming right above the Yamanakako Lake in the early mornig, which seems to be a common thing in this season. Because this hotel was above the fog it didn't obstruct our view of the beautiful Mt. Fuji at sunrise. It was a very clear ...
