"Sometimes you stay at a hotel for the design. Sometimes you stay at a hotel for the staff. I will stay here again for both. Literally would have missed my flight had they not been so caring. "Charm hotel was a great base to explore the wonders of Budapest. Public transit options are nearby and there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and bars nearby to explore. Being close to the river was a plus and the ability to easily travel to all of the Budapest places of interest made this a great location to stay for a few days."

"This hotel is an absolutely perfect central location which couldn’t be better. Whilst fairly basic, the room was clean & tidy with comfortable beds, and they added a 3rd bed for one of my children. The bathroom was large with a bath and shower so it had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and had secure storage for our bags on the day we checked out."
