"First of all don’t believe the address online, that’s a different hotel. You need to go to 14 York street. You need to pay the damage deposit in advance or you can’t get a key and have to call. The code they give you won’t work the first few times. When you get to the room, if you hear a constant beeping…it’s not the alarm, they forgot to take their sheets out of the drier. There’s no note to say what the WiFi is anywhere in the apartment. They assume you have data and can check your email. There’s no one on site to help you just have to email for help. Room was nice but misleading advertising lead to a Very frustrating experience."
