"The unit was spacious, well laid out, and in an excellent downtown location within walking distance to Union Station, restaurants, the waterfront, and major attractions. The balcony and views were a nice bonus, and the beds were comfortable.
The biggest issue was communication and check-in. Instructions were supposed to arrive 72 hours before check-in and did not. Arriving alone downtown at night, it was very stressful trying to locate the building and understand the entry process. The “Key...
