"EPIC Hotel! My husband and I stayed here for a week in April and we had the best time! The hotel is fabulously new, clean and shiny! Room was well equipped, comfortable and had a lovely view of the CN Tower from room on 9th floor (915). The breakfast was fantastic, a great selection and always more being put out. It does get busy at certain times but we never had to wait for a table and food was readily available. Reception were friendly and the door staff were pleasent and helpful. Great location if you want to have easy access to all of downtown Toronto. Dollar store situated just behind hotel which is super handy if you want to grab a few snacks or drinks for the room as there is a small fridge. We would highly reccomend staying here!"

"Booked a king suite and photos of the room online were not what the room was. For $1000 a night having a tub shower and a toilet squeezed right next to it wasn’t what was pictured (beautiful white marble bathroom with gold fixtures….ya this bathroom was 30+ years old) Lobby bar was nice but the rooms we got weren’t what was pictured and advertised as a suite. Next time will stay elsewhere for sure."
