"This is just for the hotel, not for publication. There was a fire scare and the hotel management handled it very poorly. We kept getting the following cryptic message: "The fire alarm has been activated and the fire department has been informed. Stay calm." Stay calm? Where? In our room or outside, on the sidewalk? The audio system in the rooms is poor and, to make matters much worse, both the man and the woman who delivered it repeatedly spoke in rather accented English. Next time,...

"Check in process was easy and straight forward. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is very limited to toast and cereal but there is a communal fridge for groceries. No stove to cook but there is a microwave and all kitchen dishes you need. The pods are not quiet at all and although there is signage to remind people to be quiet, you can hear absolutely everything (coughing, moving, pods opening and closing, phones on vibrate, people walking, doors opening etc).
