"I chose Hilton Hotels & Resorts expecting a certain standard, especially after arriving from a 16-hour flight, but unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing.

"We enjoyed our recent stay at the Hyatt during a trip to Toronto to pick up our son from college.
The check in process was quick and the staff friendly. The room was clean and well laid out. My only comment was there was no hand soap at the sink so used the shower gel.

"Booked this hotel which, when we arrived, was new, clean & in a good location. The reason why I am giving a 1-star is because, even though I booked my reservation in advance, there was no room available upon our arrival. The hotel did make accommodations for us at another hotel; however, it was 11 minutes away in an older hotel with a terrible bed. No offer to provide a partial refund, or any other accommodations."
