"Everything was amazing from start to finish. Check in was a breeze and the clerk was super helpful and friendly. The room by far exceeding my expectations. I was on the 17th floor and the view was gorgeous, and it was considered the less expensive city view vs the more expensive view of the CN tower. The room was very clean and well maintained. I ordered uber eats and they didn't provide utensils so a quick call to concierge and she offered to have them delivered to the room or for me to walk...

I have to call out whoever was working the front desk on our last day, because we had been travelling around by Uber and had planned on the same to get back to the airport. We didn’t realise the Toronto Marathon was happening that morning and the main road to get to our hotel was closed and we tried several Uber drivers and a taxi and nobody could actually get to us, and I had no idea how to use Toronto public...

"We didn't have breakfast. The elevators to go to the parking garage were not working and as someone who has broke my back, I can't do stairs. We also watched a couple with 3 kids two strollers try to get them downstairs which was a handful. Plus the stairwell was not the cleanest."

"Brutal customer experience - I checked in and they informed me that they were going to have a planned power outage from 11pm to 11am (the entire time I was going to stay there). Since booking, they had sent me 2 emails about offerings and things I could do while at their hotel but failed to mention that we would be without power / hot water / gym or pool access / food service for the entirety of my stay. They said I was going to get a refund for the troubles but I have still not received...

"Good location for the marathon. Hotel facilities are ok, nothing wrong. What’s interesting is they couldn’t clean my room during hours I was out in the morning. So there wasn’t any cleaning during my three-night stay. It would be nice they had thrown some fresh towels at least. Playbook steak was good."
