"Clean rooms and lots of different amenities from casino to pool sauna steam room and bars Everything was great expect for staff Reception was unhelpful and annoyed at any request I had. Even DoorDash delivery was a process . They don’t have a designated spot for food deliveries and they need an extra verification from door dash that the food was for me. "Their rooms on level 1 aka basement are very musty. We asked to move up on day 2 and they were really nice and cooperative to move us to a higher floor. Breakfast was okay 5/10. We got what we paid for though. Not sure if I would call it a 3 star hotel. A clean place to stay for most part. I would go again at the right price."
