"Was complaining in line since the staff made a long line of customer waiting for a long time. As a result, got a handicap room far end at 2nd floor. Also, the handicapped bathroom is weird and handicapped door button never worked. So need to use both hands to pull it open everytime when need to go into bathroom."

"I think the hotel had great theme to it. The hotel have a lot of character. The rooms are spacious, clean and fully updated. The beds are big and plush. The room has updated control panel that allows you to turn on and off all lights from the entrance and by the bed. The only thing I would change is the connected room that separated by a door if there are loud guest on the other side you can hear everything"

"The cooling system was very noisy and alternated on to off loudly. That was number one complaint. Bed seemed smaller than a queen. Number two complaint."

"While our room was clean and the staff were excellent, the hotel itself needs to be updated. It felt a bit run down. Although we were on the 14th floor, we could hear street noise quite easily as well."

"The only issue I had is that the plugs did not work if I was not there so if I was charging a laptop while I was out that would not happen. I think they should designate a plug for that. I do agree with the electricity only being available when in the room"
