Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid This Place!
If I could give zero stars, I would.
My room wasn’t even ready until 4:30 PM — well past the usual check-in time. When I tried to speak to someone about it, I was told there’s no manager on-site and they can’t give me a refund. How convenient. I was already frustrated, but it got worse.
While I was mid-sentence explaining my issue, a front desk girl literally put me on hold—while I was still talking. Completely unprofessional.
To top it all off, the hotel was filthy and smelled terrible.
I’ve been trying to contact them again, and surprise surprise—no one is answering the phone. I’ve tried calling multiple times and gotten nowhere. The lack of accountability is astounding.
Do yourself a favor: stay far away from this place. There are plenty of other hotels that actually care about guests and run like a business, not a joke.
