"Amazing breakfasts, clean rooms, proper double bed mattresses (not two single mattresses put together). WiFi system for hotel guests really needs to be improved and made more effortless. WiFi internet speed is alright, but would benefit from an upgrade. Fire alarm went off and the two subsequent days had extensive fire alarm testing, which is good for safety, but very annoying when you are in the hotel."

"Upon check in, I was offered an upgrade from a chic double to the larger queen size room. It felt very spacious and was extremely comfortable for a solo traveller! I was visiting during a heat wave so I appreciated the well working air conditioning unit/fan in the room. The room was clean, there was plenty of space for hanging clothing in the closet, enough counter space in the washroom, and a handy mini fridge to use! The location couldn’t have been better to get around if you’re wanting to walk or use transit. Lots of coffee shops nearby and great restaurant choices within walking distance. The staff in the hotel and the attached Humble donkey cafe were kind and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was clean. Check in was a bit confusing but ultimately worked out. Definitely need to have a phone to be able to communicate for everything. We did have battery packs go missing but the hotel has been good about communicating with us and the authorities to ensure that the right processes are done for that situation. Overall good vacation location and decent place to stay."

"Always love the Chelsea. Dog friendly, great staff and amenities. Should have free nuts at the bar so as to avoiding making the bartender TELL the folks staying at the hotel, eating at the restaurant and drinking at the bar, that he has to charge $2 for the nuts. That’s embarrassing for everyone. We can do better. But nice place."

"We had a king suite for myself and 2 daughters. It was so bougie! Lots of space, full kitchen with microwave, fridge and stove....Coffee maker...even a washer dryer. Lovely king bed, dressing area full bathroom. Lots of storage for luggage and clothes. Separate living space with a double pullout couch.( i tried the matress it wasnt great so just slept on the couch) and a love seat. A huge island for a table with 6 chairs. We were on the 13th floor overlooking Massey Hall. A 2 min walk to the Eaton Centre. 15- 20 walk from Union station. We opted to UBER back to Union station and was only $7. We enjoyed our stay. Arrived an hour early an were able to check in"
