"Make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner coz they only provide like barely for one person even though I booked for 3 person in a room for 3days. Also their tv you can’t even use it at all coz all the show you’ll see there you have to pay for it. Terrible never again."

"I had do not disturb sign on for 2 days, then took it off and no one came for several hours until i called and requested it. I mentioned earlier that I will be out of the room for a while so they can clean. We come back in the evening and the room still was not cleaned. After i complained i told the staff they have to clean the room while im present. The next day the housekeeper came but left all the dirty cups and wine glasses. Other than the house keeping situation this hotel was excellent. The perfect location, great amenities, delicious cafe for brunch, a restaurant for dinner. Majority of the staff is very attentive and quick."

"Clean and very comfortable rooms, very convenient location near a subway station, lots of restaurants nearby, including an excellent one right in the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, there's a pool, a bar/lounge area, a gift shop right in the hotel lobby. Highly recommended!"

"I was really hoping this place was going to be a gem that it cosplayed. Unfortunately our group was disappointed at many levels. Poor customerservice, hard to reach staff, washrooms, backing up, and being reprimanded for bringing coffee from the outside to finish it in the lobby after a long walk. I can go on, but I think the simplest dancer is we will likely be avoiding this place."
