We booked this location partially because it had a shuttle - but when we called to book it for our 10 pm arrival, we were told it was only available to 9 pm. So we had to Uber - the first added expense.
When we arrived, we were charged a $20. resort fee, that was not listed on expedia, when we asked she said 'it's in small print on the website.' We were only there for 9 hours and even if we had stayed longer, the pool was out of order.
We ordered just over $20. in room service food, but once the service fee and mandatory tip was applied it was $35.
At check-in, we said we wanted to take the 8 am shuttle, which we were told was booked for us. In the morning we changed our minds and called before 7 to say we wouldn't need the shuttle - only to be told it wasn't booked for us at all.
The facilities at this hotel are fine, but they nickel and dime you for service that is not great.
