The I had was incredibly small and the door didn't lock. I was moved to the room below that was about the same size. The bed sheets had spots/stains on them in both rooms. The bathroom, although small, seemed to be the nicest part of the room but it wasn't super great. The windows in my room were cracked. The furniture is old and no well taken care of. The thermostat didn't work. The elevator is dated and very sketchy, also only holds about 1 persons - maybe 2 if you squeezed but wouldn't recommend. I have stayed in a lot of other places that were about the same price as this that were in better condition. Very disappointed. I only booked here as it was walking distance to my appointment the next day. Will not book again.

Our front desk staff was very helpful and tried to accomodate, but our sofa bed had sheets that had not been changed, there were crumbs and hair, the bathroom door couldn't close all the way, the TV didn't work, the table legs were broken, we had to prop them up with pillow cases so it wouldn't wobble, the windows were not operating, and it's old, so the noise from outside was intense, felt like all the windows were open 100% of the time!

terrible service, terrible attention.

I had problems with the service, since the tv did not have cable service as indicated here, the tv remote control did not work, only in a tv channel, completely bored, we spoke to reception and they went to check and they said that we were right what something was wrong that they were going to change rooms but they did not, and after all I am still waiting for the refund of the $ 100 CAD that they request as a guarantee, I honestly do not recommend this place, invest $ 10 or $ 20 more but go to a place that really be comfortable and treat them well.

Good: Great rainfall shower. Unsatisfactory: Dresser missing drawer. Small cramped room. But biggest negative was staff locking doors with bicycle chains after midnight which I wouldn’t doubt break health and safety codes because staff intervention is required in case of emergency.

Friendly, comfortable stay

Return visitor here. Friendly property, comfortable, convenient to subway. The immediate area is in transition, and a bit at the edge of things with a lot of construction. Although typical of much of Toronto. I felt safe. Comfortable bed, shower is small. Carpetless floor made the room feel somewhat barren. Modest breakfast- some unsweetened yogurt would have been nice. Generally clean public spaces, friendly staff

I booked the room through this app, expecting a decent place to stay for the night. I arrive quite late as well which i’m is why we were trying to lay down. Upon payment, we were never told about any refund policy or anything when we got our room key. Immediately when we walked in the room we were uncomfortable. The sheets were dirty, pillows were missing, the whole place seemed dusty and dirty, and when we let the front desk know, he mentioned that he doesn’t see how it could be that way if it was one of their nicer more newer rooms. He then blamed house keeping, and I was still not offered any money back. We were forced to find another place to stay extremely late at night and I am extremely unhappy with my experience. I need a refund especially because we didn’t spend more than 2 minutes in the room because of how uncomfortable we were. At the price I paid, the room should not have been that disgusting.

Rummet var inte helt rent, lite småsmutsigt. Duschen var otroligt konstig, svårt att tvätta sig i den då strålen var svårhanterlig. Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma och de frågor och problem vi stötte på hjälpte de oss att lösa. Att checka ut mitt i natten var absolut inga problem, inte heller att ta frukost innan frukostserveringen öppnat var något problem. Frukosten var otroligt simpel, bröd, lite yoghurt, flingor, juice eller mjölk, banan/äpple, muffins. Pålägg till mackorna var endast jordnötssmör, sylt/marmelad eller smör. Första intrycket var inte så bra, men det växer med tiden. Nu i efterhand hade vi valt hotellet igen, man får det man betalar för - prisvärt hotell.

The hotel was very clean but is definitely not as shown in the pictures on the website. The rooms are tiny barely enough room for two people to move around and the receptionists are very unfriendly seeming annoyed by your arrival.

Ótimo custo-benefício

Foi tranquila. Estávamos preocupados com a vizinhança, mas não houve problema. Os atendentes (Leo em especial) foram atenciosos, limpeza foi diária, o metrô fica a duas quadras e o ônibus passa bem na frente do hotel. Ótima opção para um casal que busca um bom custo-benefício!
