Where to start,
When checking in to the hotel we were helped by someone who was rude, and when asked if he could recommend anything from their restaurant which he was trying to upsell, replied, “it’s Italian”.
Get to the room, it’s dated, paint is chipped, repainted in a different color, wallpaper is peeling off, ceiling is cracked, Oh and we were given the room directly above the restaurant, which allowed for us to hear vivid conversations from the staff/patrons outside smoking under the canope… at 5am. Talk about an early wake up call! It’s okay though, their onsite reception handled the noise complaint, right? Wrong. It continued.
Next, you go downstairs to get the breakfast that is included in the cost of the room. But wait, it’s just bread/cereal, frozen premade croissants and danishes, with juice and coffee for drinks. No eggs, no sausage/bacon, no home fries, nothing. All of that is 8$ Eggstra!
I’m so glad I only booked one night and was not travelling because I was also notified that their shuttle service is suspended! Yipee! Oh and don’t even think about booking with a family, unless you want to add 8$ a head for basic continental breakfast.
Pathetic excuse of a hotel. Would never stay here again. Save your money and book somewhere else, there’s so many better options.
