"We had an amazing stay at nobu hotel this past week. Front desk staff are so helpful, they catered to all of our needs and felt like they went above and beyond. Breakfast included was so filling, and chefs were kind enough to cater specially for our baby. Super clean room, very luxurious , 10/10."

"Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...

"We were very happy with our stay at the University Club of Toronto. The staff were friendly, location was excellent, the bed was so comfortable and rooms were great. We would happily stay there again if we make a trip to Toronto in the future."

"Darsil went above and beyond to help us when our stay was cancelled by the Property management company. He made the 2.5 hour transition and stress much easier to deal with. He was patient and helpful and very willing to help accommodate us when we arrived at midnight without a room."

"We where very happy with this Hotel and would stay there again. The Buffet Breakfast was well organize, also filled and everything one could want for Breakfast. Our room was cleaned every day, nice thick and soft towels. The staff was always available to answer any question and make a little chit chat. I cannot comment on the parking because we didn't use it. This RIU Hotel was close to all the major Sports or Concert venues. Transit was 1 block away."

"This was a wonderful weekend stay at the Delta Toronto. Lovely city hotel with such attentive and kind staff available for whatever you may need. I had an injury (not at the hotel) and they provided me with medical assistance and were exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was immaculate. Other than my unforeseen injury the weekend was wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to have close easy access to the major attractions in downtown Toronto."

"We loved the location and the suite is very spacious. However the carpet and furniture was old and the bathroom needed updating - the tub area, some staining. Then.on checkout my bill was substantially more than I was quoted and expected. It turns out they charged me twice for certain fees. They didn't do anything at the hotel just said that was the fees but when I got home and rechecked and called them they adjusted the bill. I am still waiting to see how it goes with the ridiculous over $800...
