"we were surprised to see that for a Crown Plaza and at the nightly room cost that our bathroom and room itself where not fully cleaned. We found a used towel still on the back of the bathroom door. Opened and used (complimentary) shampoo, conditioner and hand cream bottles. Room keys from a previous occupant.
