"The Grand Hotel has a good location next to the railway station. It is good, affordable accommodation at less than half the price of the Thon Hotel down the street. There is a good pizzeria next door of you crave an evening snack. No breakfast - there is a Joker convenience store within walking distance. "Arrival at property did not like the fact that there is no bathroom in the bedroom . Bathroom was down stairs and you can smell urine it so bad urine burnt my eyes. It was not conducive for my family . We left and send an email to customer care which was provided and no one provide a follow up email or phone call "
