We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Sherwood Inn. It was our second visit. The location is perfect and the use of canoes, etc is always a hit with our children.

Good accommodation in great location. Room with lake veiw balcony was great. Some parts of room and hotel looking a bit dated. Had to ask for sofa bed to be made up, even though we had booked for 3 adults.
Breakfast area very busy at weekend.
Overall we had a good stay and would recommend.

We had beautiful lake view rooms, the dinner in The Roseau was excellent & the kayak/ canoeing on Lake Joseph was truly amazing- we will be visiting again .

We stayed in a ground floor, tidy, clean motel style apartment.
The balcony overlooked the lake and was warm and comfortable. Nice hot shower and a well equipped kitchinette.
The staff were very friendly and even gave us a larger unit than the one we booked.
Great value for money.

Well what a gem, after a couple of iffy hotels we were well impressed with this. Clean comfortable and polite go the full.mile staff. Would definitely stay again no hesitation.
