"The staff were immediately helpful and friendly and the room was very clean, well appointed and well designed. Breakfast was exactly what I have come to expect from Italian hotels, great food, great variety and fantastic coffee. Easy and convenient to get too from the train station."

"Ontbijt box was niet compleet. We miste drinken erin. En zeer karig."

"Habitación muy bonita, baño espacioso, desayuno delicioso, personal muy amable!"

"The location of the hotel is great if you are getting around by train as it’s about 10 minutes (flat) walk. We got the bus from the airport into Bergamo - the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the nearest stop. We walked to the funicolare which was 15 mins away or you can get the bus. Excellent breakfast choices Very helpful reception staff"

"Great hotel in a perfect location"

"Absolutely loved staying here. The welcome was warm (with an upgraded room as a bonus). The restaurant was beautiful and the food was incredible. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast next morning came with the most incredible view."

"Very nice property in center of Bergamo room was pleasant staff very hey"

"11/10. Could not be more pleased with our experience, particularly the graciousness of the staff (Franco, Gian-Luigi, and Svetlana (hopefully the correct name!). They went above and beyond for us and our 2 year old. The location just on the edge of Citta Alta was also extremely convenient, in additions to be steps away from the funicular to San Vigilio. The personal touch of the staff makes Le Funi a *must stay* for all travelers, and certainly for families."

"The room was clean and big enough. The shower was nice and large."

"Room was excellent, breakfast was wonderful. The location was perfect, I would recommend for anyone visiting Bergamo."

"Staff were very welcoming and gave great advice on where to go and what to do. Easy parking, safe and secure. 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from bergamo."

"Very good breakfast and covered parking included!"

"Very Disappointing Experience 👎 The only positive aspect of our stay was the comfortable bed. Everything else was disappointing, especially the breakfast. By 9:00 a.m., there was no cheese or ham left, the selection was extremely limited, and there were no plant-based milk alternatives. The fruit looked old and wrinkled, the eggs tasted unpleasant, and the next morning, only cold, hard-boiled eggs were available. The breakfast staff did not understand English and were frequently absent,...
