"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Loved the pool. Parking was great and easy. Location was easy to find. Staff were helpful.
Showers were very small. Bathrooms smelled a bit - plumbing problems perhaps need fixing.
Hotel is a bit dated and needs a renovation."

"Nonostante fosse indicato su hotels.com che il check-in fosse fino alle 23.00, siamo stati obbligati ad arrivare alle 22.30 come se fosse l'ultimo momento per poter entrare, anche perché era già un favore che ci aveste fatto visto che avreste dovuto chiudere alle 22.00. Ci avete chiamato anche durante il viaggio, mettendoci ansia per arrivare in orario.
