"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Honestly, the quality of the facilities just weren’t very nice and the logistics to get in and out of the room more challenging to say the least. The breakfast was good but the room had the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept off. The linens all need to be upgraded, the shower is the smallest shower ever. "

"Suite rooms ran down to unbearable condition. Bedding and furniture are old and damaged. Electric appliances outdated and damaged. Ceramic tiles very old and cracked. Bedding sheets were not cleaned and had spots on them."

"This is a very unique hotel, it has a real 70s vibe however, don't get me wrong it also has a real charm. From the elevator down to the beach, to the tropical plants, to the hand paintings to the live music at night. Very quaint. Dinners and breakfasts were good as well. I did find they didn't speak much English and catered more to older German clients. Oh and it does have a nice view of Stromboli at night "
