"The hotel is a 10 minute bike tide from Bullicame Thermal Springs, a lovely free park with hot pools, and thr Botanic Garden. We borrowed the hotel bikes and enjoyed a delightful visit. The dinner buffet was delicious and affordable, with a wide variety of foods. Hotel is immediately next to a bus station and a mall and a 20 minute walk from the old city walls. Everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations. Great job!"

"If you're looking for quiet and seclusion, this is a great spot. The indoor thermal pool was nice for a half hour or so soak. We had a car and had just come from Sorano and Sovana...would highly recommend both towns. I think there was a walking trail near the hotel, but it was rainy so we decided to drive 45 minutes to Saturnia to the public thermal cascade...fabulous (and free)!!!. We decided to have dinner at a lovely restaurant half way between Saturnia and the hotel, as it seemed too...

After I inquired about the town and a little of its history the man at the desk gave me the most wonderful run down about the Papal Palace and Italian history in general. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. They even reached out via WhatsApp to coordinate our arrival, which made everything effortless. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location could not be better, just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and all the charm Orvieto has to offer. If you are an American or anyone unfamiliar with Orvieto, just book this hotel. You will not be disappointed."

"The internet was fast and we were very comfortable there. The design of the apartment was beautiful. We had fruit, juice, yogurt, sweets, coffee, milk….for breakfast. It was fine. We even had a milk frother to make a proper cappuccino. Gladly we would go back there. "

"This is an INCREDIBLE property! Beautiful landscaping, 10 min. drive from Bagno Regio.
