The staff were helpful. There was a problem with the shower...the water was very hot and could not be adjusted. I had to have someone come to adjust the water. The water was also slow to drain while showering. They did offer to change the room. It was ok.

The airport shuttle doesn't run on weekends, the room had a funky smell and the walls are extremely think which allow you to hear everything, the pool was enclosed in a clear greenhouse which made the area unbearable on a warm sunny day. Spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else.
