"Fantastic staff - especially Joseph and the gentleman who checked me in. The food was outstanding - prepared by Andrei who was also lovely. Joseph has an amazing sense of humour and the ability to pivot and show up for all types of guests. The cleaning ladies were sweet and kind. My hotel room was gorgeous and comfortable with my own personal jacuzzi and terrace outside. I usually struggle to sleep away from my home but the bed and pillows were perfect for me. I slept extremely well. I won’t...

"The room was fine but walls are thin. I could hear a baby crying throughout the night. The ground floor was unexpectedly flooded so most of the food options were closed. The upstairs restaurant was the worst food I had in Spain. But it's convenient for flying out. Workout room was good too."

"Not helpful and Friendly."

"Service on arrival was good. Room was clean and plenty of toiletries. Restaurant was quite inviting with reasonably priced menu and staff very helpful. Nice touch for early departures with free fresh coffee and juice available."

"Very modern, excellent restaurant and food, exceptional breakfast buffet and great to have the airport shuttle service."

"My highlight was the staff, absolutely all of them were friendly and efficient The hotel is very beautiful The experience overall was very pleasant"
