"Generally we enjoyed our stay however there were a few issues as I outline below. I hope my comments are useful for both future guests of the hotel so that they can improve and also future guests. 1) We booked the Audi with the Red Level - this was excellent 2) Not all of the pools as photo'd on expedia are available to hotel guests. One can be used by hotel guests adults and kids. The other 2 'adults only' pools is owned by another company and only available for free for Red Level hotel...

"Room 4 on the ground floor was large and clean, comfortable bed, the Aircon worked but seemed to be locked and for me personally it could have been cooler but was ok. There was also an annoying pump noise that came on every 10 mins for the Aircon, I did complain but nothing happened, Generally though a nice hotel"
