"Heated pool needed and more variety for entertainment "

"Quiet hotel, very clean. Location is perfect, 2 minute walk to the beach and close to lots of bars and restaurants l. Hotel is dated and the elevator is very small. It wasn’t working one of the days, which is not ideal for a 5th floor room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stay again "

"All areas were very clean and both breakfast and dinner were of a very high quality. The air conditioning was not on the first 2 nights of our stay which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. It was turned on after that but it is something to note that they don't have air conditioning until "summer", not sure how that is decided. When booking that should be made more clear as it is advertised as "air conditioning in all rooms". The noise in our room was sometimes excessive at night with a bar underneath the balcony and early in the morning it was loud from the corridors with the cleaners talking."

"Decent value only slight complaint would be that in a 4 nigjt stay we only had housekeeping once. Outdoor pool not heated unfortunatly but for the money it is in a great area. "

"Asked to speak to Manager 3 times and was told speak to someone else. Not good when the Manager cant be bothered with the customers"

"Lovely quiet hotel and nice gardens but it lacked amenities ie no buffet breakfast just snacks and didn’t do evening meals.It was quite isolated no restaurants near."

"Fabulous stay at Hotel Los Arcos. Everything was First class, the staff, the location, the room, the breakfast and the facilities. Excellent traditional small Spanish property set back just off the main promenade walkway."
