"Super friendly at reception and in the restaurant. Very welcoming."

"Hotel is new. Great to be out of the city as we were exploring the surrounding areas. Check-in staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Check out was likewise very easy. No problem getting a park underneath. We ate at the restaurant twice and rooftop bar - great views. Food was fantastic. The Wait Staff were coping with high volumes of people and doing as good a job as possible. Friendly, but couldn't answer questions, didn't know the menu, but what was truly awful was their managers....

"Staff were great. Shower may have needed a good clean. Mould around the bottom of the shower. It was a great place to stay and we really enjoyed it."

"Crafers is a beautiful hotel. Lovely room. Gomfy bed and lots lovely extras included in your stay. Staff are amazing and food is devine. We live in Melbourne and we always stay at Crafers. This is our third visit. We love it."

"The split system the heating wasn’t too good was noisy. The bathroom toilet area was not very clean. Overall the bed and everything was excellent to staff in the bar attendance for excellent overall Lockie’s was an excellent place to stay well recommended"

"Rooms are not soundproof, could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. Bathroom had two body washes, missing shampoo. "
