The room was clean and convenient to the national park. The outside of the hotel is in need of renovating but our stay was nice. We enjoyed the lounge are outside of our room and the pool!

This property is poorly managed. The outside looks rundown. The pool was dirty, like cloudy water. The hot tub was not hot at all maybe the same temperature as the pool. The staff was great the new carpet in the rooms was good and the room was clean.

Manager working desk was helpful, pool and hot tub were great. Our upstairs room was nice for a dated hotel, bed was comfortable, water was hot w good pressure, room was clean. Obviously the building is older but no complaints... for the rate being charged breakfast would be a plus though.

To be honest, we were a little anxious when we pulled up as the place looks a bit sketchy from the outside, but as soon as we were inside, we felt at ease. Jamal was the best; going above and beyond for his customers. Always a smile and super helpful. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. No breakfast, but always great coffee hot and ready to go. We stayed two nights and had absolutely no complaints. Definitely recommend.

We had to book this place last minute as our original reservation was cancelled. We were grateful to find a place to stay because it was late on Saturday. Jamal was so helpful and friendly - he eased our anxiety during a stressful time. The property is undergoing some renovations but our room was updated and clean. The pool area was really nice and the location was perfect for our needs. Bummer that no breakfast is provided but we made due.

There never anyone at the front desk except when I checked in. The lack of breakfast was tolerable because there was a quick stop type place next door, but a simple breakfast would have been nice. The room frig had no freezer, but there was plentiful ice in the machine. The shower and bed were fine. The facilities are old, but convenient to Torrey and to National Park.
