"Everything was just okay..with the exception of a newly opened fine dining restaurants called tuubuk....service is they sell cigars ....unfortunately the staff and amenities are geared towards cruises and busses...catering for en mass ...they lack the ability to provide individual attention especially when travelli g during summer and at the highest rates !!!! I suspect you get better attention to detail when youre there by yourself in winter ....and at the cheaper rates ...go figure !!!!"

"There are plenty of parking spaces, although exiting the hotel is a little difficult to make a right turn. The keypad of my room phone was not working, the faucet sensor stopped working and no water came out. We were casually asked to use a shared bathroom on a different floor before a technician can fix it on the following day. They had no intention to address the phone problem either. Service level is under par for a four star hotel."

"Disappointing behavior from the hotel management. By mistake, we booked the night of July 3rd instead of August 3rd. We tried to get in touch with the hotel via Expedia and directly, explaining the honest mistake in good faith, asking for a refund given the fact that we were going to rebook the correct night in any case.
