"Our room 331 smelled like mold. After checking we found that pillows were stained and smelly I guess the cleaning person only changed the pillows sheets while pillows were wet. Bed sheets were also smelly. The AC continues to freeze the room even after you turned it off. The shower had warm water sometimes not hot water ever so with the cold ac not shutting down you can imagine. The bed situation was rectified next day and we got our room cleaned. "I saw a flea on one of the beds. We only stay for 2 nights. The price was affordable. They have a nice pool but we didn’t use it. Personnel were very friendly, welcoming and friendly.management has this rule that you have to turn off the ac unit when not at the room. Otherwise you will be penalized with a fee. "I traveled with my wife and two kids. The property is just in front of the beach and you are surrounded by jungle. The rooms are excellent, the staff is amazing and the food was delicious. It is very private and you can walk through amazing trails to nearby beaches. There is parking on site.
