"We hadden een onverwachte upgrade gekregen naar de deluxe tenten. Een zeer aangename verrassing en een leuke start van onze trip. Personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Tucans en veel andere vogels gehoord en gezien. ‘S nachts zijn oordopjes wel nodig voor mensen die licht slapen. Af en toe ook apen gehoord. Zwembad was erg fijn met een mooi uitzicht. Het eten en drinken (happy hour altijd leuk) was erg goed en schappelijk van prijs. Personeel heeft ons ook geholpen met het regelen...

"Der erste Eindruck war ernüchternd, da von dem üppigen Bewuchs rund ums Haus, der auf den Fotos zu sehen war, nichts mehr übrig ist. Juanita, die leider kein Englisch spricht, hat uns mit einem sehr leckeren Fruchtshake begrüßt und auf Nachfrage konnten wir ihre Waschmaschine nutzen. Weiterhin hat sie einen Guide organisiert der uns verschiedene Touren anbot.
Soviel zum Positiven.
Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, das Inventar lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt keine Nachttischlampen, die...

"The staff was amazing! Like unbelievably amazing!
Greeted at the dock, luggage taken care of, greeted with fresh watermelon juice, chef cooked such delicious meals (dessert included), housekeeping cleaned 2-3 times a day, cooper hooked us up with tours, everything was great and relaxing.
3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the national park, 5 minute walk to the village. "

"The property is in good condition. The room was good, big enough. The location is excellent. They helped set up our tours and we had an excellent time. Everything is super close. "This hotel was awesome. It was right next to the national park. We loved going out and sitting on the river side to drink coffee in the morning. It is hot and humid but the air conditioner and dehumidifier worked beautifully. There is a fridge and coffee maker with provided coffee. No microwave, shampoo, or conditioner. There were plenty of dishes/silverware. My kids would have loved the place but my husband and I came alone. We would definitely return."

"Brilliant hotel in a great beach-front location. The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was very good.
The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful, particularly Leo who was regularly ensuring that we were happy with everything. Breakfast is made to order to suit your preferences and was very tasty.
Nice hammocks to relax in.
The staff even took our luggage to the dock for us"

"Cet hôtel est au milieu de 2 autres hôtels, l’evergreen et le Monkey, reliés par un chemin goudronné. Nous étions les seuls clients dans celui ci donc pas de buffet.
L’hôtel est insalubre, aucune propreté, nous sommes restés 3 nuits et aucun ménage dans la chambre, nous avons dû nous sécher pendant 3 jours avec les mêmes serviettes à raison de deux douches par jour. La chambre est moite, très humide, ce qui rend le sol glissant.Aucun confort mais vraiment aucun.
Ne vous fiez surtout pas aux...
