"The room was quite clean, and the staff were super kind and helpful - sometimes with the help of Google Translate. They even let us stay one more night, as we couldn't get to the hotel on the first night due to recent avalanches. Due to the snowfall, the climb up to the hostel was quite slippery: the path is narrow and winding. The views from the hotel were excellent to the surrounding mountains and Imlil. The air conditioner in the room was broken, and made a stuttering sound. We fixed by just pushing the plastic side, but it should be fixed. The bathroom did not have air conditioning, which made it auite steamy after a short shower. It also didn't drain very well. It was quite cold in the hotel, but the staff kindly lit a fire in the dining room furnace. We also had extra blankets for the night. The balcony door not locking shut also made it somewhat cold. Overall a very pleasant and charming stay with minor things to improve, and also based on the extreme weather we arrived in."

"Our stay at Riad Cle de Sol was absolutely wonderful a real oasis of peace and beauty in the countryside. From start to finish, the team was welcoming, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Before arrival, communication was excellent, transparent, and flexible with tours, prices, and packages. Everything was personalised and thoughtfully arranged. The riad itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and feels like a luxurious wellness escape. The food was delicious, and the hospitality exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Abdoud for his responsiveness and organisation, and to Houssaine and his lovely wife Yussra for their warmth and care throughout our stay. Me and my family left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!"

"A lovely hotel, well maintained with lots of history and some stunning decor. Nadia and her husband (Geward?), are brilliant hosts and, together with the other staff, make it a relaxing, fun and most enjoyable place to stay. Clean hotel, with lovely gardens, with loads of secret/secluded places to have lunch or just retreat from the sun for a bit and the food is amazing. We will definitely be coming back, even if it is just for a long weekend. Me and my partner wanted a weeks break away, where we could relax and destress, and we got that and more at this hotel. We had a jacuzzi bath in our room, which was wonderful, but note that there is no steam room, gym or full service spa (Expedia - please update your information) - although you can go for a run in the area around the hotel and Nadia will be very happy to organise and book treatments at her favourite spa, which the Hammam and zen massage she arranged for us was amazing!"
