"Room was very clean and loved the hardwood floors vs. carpet in rooms. Walls are very thin and could hear banging majority of the night. Very heavy smell of pot! That alone was a huge turn off. Although I know you can’t control guest you could tell the it was attempted to be masked by cleaning product smells."

"Omar who was manning the front desk was so very helpful. I was beat when I got to the hotel driving up from North Carolinas. I was greeted by Omar who after checking for my booking informed me that I was supposed to have checked in yesterday. I showed him my conformation to the contrary. He worked with me and also with your support person and cleared up the mistake. I am grateful for everyone’s help, I am sorry I forgot the woman’s name who was the representative from Expedia, if you find out...
