Pour un hôtel 2 étoiles ,l’état de la chambre est à revoir. La moisissure dans le placard. Tout est moyen ! Le + est que le réceptionniste de nuit a été super sympa et arrangeant !! Sinon le reste vraiment limite pour le prix.

Yes, I booked an inexpensive (cheap) room, so I was not expecting a palace, and a friend who stayed at a different location said it was fine. Nothing could have prepared me for the sight of the filthy (filthy!) carpet. Or the smell, like someone had spent a week boiling corn in the room.

De passage sur Toulouse en famille nous avons logé à l’ours blanc. L’accueil y est chaleureux et précautionneux de jour comme de nuit! L’hôtel en lui même est dans son jus comme on dirait en immobilier mais va bientôt bénéficier d’un coup de jeune nous a t’on dit. La literie était bonne, la chambre propre. Seule excentricité de la chambre pour ceux qui chérissent leur intimité la porte de la sdb/wc est battante et ajourée. Mais globalement cela reste d’un bon qualité prix vu sa bonne localisation. Merci à l’équipe pour son accueil et sa prévenance. Belle continuation et à bientôt peut être

Dans l'ensemble c est bien mais dans la douche il n y avait pas de rideau or cest élémentaire et la moquette etait mouillée du fait d'une infiltration d'eau. Les portes ni les murs ne sont insonorisés . Mobilier vieillissant et litrie bruyante mais personnel gentil et endroit stratégique.

Dirty, moldy, no parking on site… good location

I have travelled the world and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Disgusting, dirty, stains on carpet, mold. The smoke detector in the room was even blocked. the hotel is in total disrepair. I had booked this hotel for the location & onsite parking. Location was good but there is no onsite parking.

Bien pour une nuit pas cher

Le personnel est vraiment top, aux petits soins avec les moyens du bord. L'hôtel est dans son jus, les moquettes raconte l'histoire de l'hôtel... Même dans les chambres... Pas d'insonorisation des chambres, on a pu profiter du retour de soirée d'un groupe de l'hôtel et des différents passage au toilettes/salle de bain. Le petit déj est efficace, pas de buffet à rallonge mais des produits assez qualitatifs.
