Perfect location across the road from Toulouse train station and less than a 10 minute walk from the centre of Toulouse. Friendly, helpful staff.

This is classed as a three star but the room does not warrant this. Very basic with only two large towels - no hand towel, basic amenities, paper cups. However breakfast is good. Major draw is the position opposite the station.

Lovely hotel, very convenient

We were on a short visit to look at properties in the area to buy and this Ibis was very convenient. We landed at Toulouse airport and got a €9 shuttle bus to the station and the hotel is on the square.

Perfect hotel location (see photo) for easy access to TGV next morning and jaunt to Paris. Secure parking (provided by AFFIA) in structure adjacent to station and TGV tracks. Upon return, get in car and go home, just that easy! Very helpful GM/concierge. Nice room, well-priced.

The only selling point for this hotel is their proximity to the train station which is just across the street. Otherwise, building is old and run down. (1) rooms have NO air conditioning (2) carpet is dirty (3) place smells (4) shower water spills into the outside of the bath are because there’s no door to keep water in Would not recommend this place.

Hotel is located right across from train station. Easy access. Meet Ibis standards. Room simple, but meets the needs. Only downside is drunk homeless people floating around. 15 min walk to variety of restaurants on L. Carnot, otherwise a couple next door and also small gorcery store Carrefour City.

We stayed for 1 night before transferring to the Pyrenees, and on the return journey stayed for 3 night's to explore Toulouse before flying home. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the train station. It was an excellent choice. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout both stays. We could not have done without them on the first day due to a problem with the airport but the assistance given was amazing. The restaurant was excellent, we ate here 3 times during our stay and there was a very good breakfast buffet. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and we were very pleased to find air-conditioning due to the soaring temperatures. The walk to the centre of town and the various museums we visited was pleasant and well signposted.

The room has no hand towels, Kleenex. The toilet paper are terrible. It tears easily. Has only one pillow in each bed. The room wall and the carpet is absolutely horrendous looking. It looks dirty. Some of the staff were very nice. Staff named Tom was absolutely very helpful.

We had an overnight stay so we launch ourselves on a coach at 6.30am the next morning. Very helpful staff. We ate atheor restaurant. This was most satisfying as we needed a plain meal.

If you want to be close to the train station this is perfect. I looked out over the main square in front of the station. If you open the windows it is noisy but with them closed its fine. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean
