Dear Nadia,We did return your deposit on the day of your departure.The security deposit is a bank pre-authorisation, which we close/unblock on the day of departure, after checking the apartment.The banks then take over, and in some cases it may take several days for the deposit to appear in the bank account, or even not at all. Really liked the room/space of the whole apartment. The front desk staff were really nice. The only downside was the wifi was awful. Thankfully they had a meeting room with a booster so that we could do some work.

Would stay again.
Decent accommodation for the price. Apartment style suited for less services which was fine for me. The location was great. The suite was spacious. The property and furnishings are dated. The shower was my least favourite part of the experience but the water was hot.

Hébergement impeccable, propre et bien situé. Personnel aimable et de bon conseil pour le stationnement qui malheureusement est payant partout, comme dans toutes les villes ! A proximité immédiate de tout (transport, supermarché, ville ...) Seul petit bémol, la douche qui n'est pas très pratique car la salle d'eau (avec WC) est vite "innondée". Je recommande cet établissement.

Séjour agréable
L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé, proche de la Garonne et des quartiers Esquirol et Carmes, très agréables. La communication s'est bien passée : envoi, dans les temps, des infos pour accéder à la chambre après la fermeture de l'accueil. Le chauve est plutôt confortable, bien équipée. Il manque juste quelques échantillons de café et/ou thé pour rendre le séjour plus sympa !

Good location and facilities apartment
Good location apartment within walking distance of most city centre attractions, we liked the coffee pods machine in the apartment option as well as all kitchen facilities provided, although we used only the fridge. Would definitely recommend and stay in their other apartments seeing they have in another 9 locations throughout France.

Apartment style property was nice so we could have some light meals in our room to reduce travel costs by not eating out for every meal. Location was excellent, within walking distance of the train and several metro & tram stations. Also very close to the Garonne River, with great walks and scenery close by.

Esta muy cerca del puente y de el Capitolio, esos es lo único que tiene de bueno, los pasillos para entrar a la habitación tenían manchas en la alfombra y olían mal, no funciona bien el aire acondicionado y como solución debes usar un ventilador de suelo, que te n mi experiencia sólo funcionó la primera noche y cuando fui a recepción no hubo nadie y aún era hora de servicio según un anuncio en recepción, me encuentro a otros huéspedes con problemas igual que no funcionaba su tarjeta para entrar al cuarto, y lo peor es q no nos daban solución nadie fue al otro huésped se le atendió por teléfono y se le dijo q buscara en recepción una llave extra, y no n mi caso no hubo solución porq no había otro ventilador y me dijeron q podía dormir con la ventana abierta, lo cual no soluciona nada porq yo no quería dormir con la venta abierta por todos los bichos. La estancia se salvó por lo bonito de la Ciudad.

Terrible, installations all in general disgusting. Very poor conditions. Dirty, noisy … Do no ruin your vacations. Stay away.
