"A very comfy apartment , 20 mins walk from the center of the town. Everything was clean and the space was adjusted to provide a very pleasant and quiet stay. It also provides parking slot with the sole downside that the places are very small, mostly suitable for small city cars. One of the days, another tenant parked so close to my car, that i could not even get inside, so I ordered a taxi to go to my meeting. But, you can't have it all. It still remains a very good choice. "

"The room was new, clean, spacious, enough for a couple and has a nice, big terrace. You can find a boiler and a coffee machine in the kitchen. Biggest problem is it’s too hard to communicate with them, you didn’t get any answers to your requests, your messages returned back. We had some difficulties in entering the building, new systems without keys can be challenging. Secondly the street is so noisy with cars, buses especially motorcycles, otherwise Thessaloniki is worth to see, we love it."

"This place was such a disappointment. They call it a “penthouse,” but it’s really not. The kitchen curtains were dirty, the cutlery wasn’t clean, and there was no parking even though the listing said there would be. We ended up having to pay 100 euros for a nearby parking garage, which was super frustrating. "Overall, the stay was okay. The furnishings, such as the sofa and bed, are somewhat outdated and dirty with stains. The location is exceptionally good; you can get everywhere in the city center on foot and don't need public transportation. However, due to its central location, the apartment is very noisy, making sleep possible only with earplugs. Unfortunately, you can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms in the apartment itself."
