The hotel is one of the best we have stayed in at that price. Clean, tidy, friendly, great breakfast, large rooms, superb shower and bathroom, reasonably close to the centre of Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer, the only drawback was the location in a commercial/industrial area although this did not present a significant problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff absolutely terrific. Breakfast all you can eat for three hours with a lot of possibilities. Endless teas/coffee/juices. Only a fifteen minute walk into downtown Deauville. Next to two supermarkets, a steakhouse & a Chinese restaurant before even walking into Touques. If I could give 10 stars, it would not be enough!!!

Good for a 1 night stay

This is a hotel that is part of a chain. A clean and tidy room that had all the basics, but nothing else. It was quiet when we stayed so no noise issues. Located in an industrial type area with a few chain restaurants which is convenient. For the price it suited us well for a 1bnight stay, but would drive us nuts of it was home for a week.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Air conditioning was perfect. I really enjoyed the morning breakfast- great selection of items, they were even able to accommodate my daughter’s gluten free diet.

Superior rooms are worth the money. Location is on a commercial/industrial estate but easy to find and surrounded by supermarkets. 5 mins drive from lovely Deauville . Breakfast is good quality. Check in Staff spoke only French and didn’t slow down despite my 67 brain being knackered from an 11 hr journey.

The facilities are extremely basic. There was no coffee or tea, water boiler, hair dryer provided, just some dirty paper cups. I also found hair in the sink. Essentially, all you get is a bed with pillows, but even the bed sheets were dirty.

Fantastic budget hotel, relatively near to Deuville / Trouville. Very clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff. You will need a car, as it's a 30 minute walk into town, plus it's in an industrial area, so not the nicest place. But, it is a very decent place to stay, if on a budget. Would recommend.

Excellent service from Henrik at reception who went over and above his role to assist with an issue primarily caused by expedia in fee payment delay. The hotel family room was spotless, very spacious with a secure parking lot and with the super welcoming friendly service of Henrik we fully recommend staying at this hotel.

Modern hotel with 2 large beds in one room for family sharing. Staff friendly & helpful. No kettle or water provided in room. Water bottles sold in reception. Free car parking. Near large supermarket. For us was a little too far to walk into Trouville for shops & restaurants. (30 minutes). Large beach & lots of restaurants in Trouville town.

The room was clean and well maintained. However, most of the staff spoke very little English, which made communication difficult at times. The night staff provided us with incorrect information about the breakfast times. Fortunately, after some discussion, the manager refunded the breakfast charges for a night, which we appreciated. One member of the night staff was also very rude and unfriendly when I asked for some cups to take upstairs for coffee. In addition, at around 2:00 AM on Friday night (12-06-2026), we were abruptly awakened by the fire alarm. All guests evacuated the building, but the night staff did not make any effort to explain the situation or provide updates. He was new and started work only this week. We later learned that some croissants had been burnt, creating a large amount of smoke and triggering the alarm. However, this staff member involved appeared unwilling to explain what had happened, but he looked visibly shaken. After speaking with him directly, we determined that there was no serious danger and returned to our rooms. Nevertheless, the incident was highly disruptive, and we, along with many other guests, were frustrated and dissatisfied with how it was handled. No explanation or apology was offered by the staff, which was disappointing. Breakfast was very limited. Big supermarkets are nearby, so they could be good alternatives. More staff training would be beneficial, particularly in customer service and emergency response.

Arrived early evening on a Sunday. The room was bright and clean, but there were no cups or milk on the hospitality tray. I asked the reception guy , but was given 2 paper cups and he aid there was no milk. At breakfast the following morning there was ample "proper" cups, and fresh milk! It would have been nice to get a coffee at the end of a long drive
