"We selected this property partly for the spa and convenience to the old walled city. When we arrived, we were informed there was a festival in town that weekend, and had to park at the train station two miles away. No way to drive in or out for the whole stay. Then, we asked to use the spa and the spa was not even open—being refurbished for the month. They should have let us know before we got all the way there. Pretty spot, not sure I’d do it again. "Staff were incredibly helpful the whole stay, starting from checking in a day late due to flight issues, to helping us navigate the metro and where to go! The rooms were cleaned once a day, and fresh towels every other day. There’s a luggage room where they can store your bags on check out day if needed.
