"We were put in their newly remodeked warehouse. The rooms looked nothing like I booked on line. No table or chairs to eat a snack at.
Location was great. Restaurants were very over priced for the food quality and quantity.
Staff was very nice but did not seem to know where other rest. We’re actually located.
Great location."

"Honestly, we were a little dubious as there were some less than stellar reviews recently but the place was lovely! Relaxed check in and the people behind the counter were courteous and friendly. The room was a lot bigger than we imagined with a large bed, kitchen area and a very nice shower.
There’s also a fridge so bring some milk for that cup of tea in the morning.
I’m only going to say one negative thing which was that our particular room was quite close to the train line - and as a light...

"Absolutely amazing! The staff was incredible and we got a free upgrade to the penthouse!!! Absolutely breathtaking views and you can’t beat the location. I would definitely stay here again if ever back in London. Beds were very comfortable- I wish I could go back there today and just enjoy the hotel, we spent most of our time away from the hotel. Definitely recommend for long stays with all the amenities.
PS they have a few laundry pods so you don’t have to bring your own. The laundry was a...

"The room was as described but it is also important to note what you aren't getting. The biggest issue for me - as a professional on business, was the lack of an iron and ironing board in room. There was one iron and a miniature ironing board in the communal room serving the entire block of rooms on all floor, but on two occasions someone had taken it to their room so it was unavailable to use (at 6am). This wasn't a great deal cheaper than a hotel but the inconvenience in this regard is...

"The location was perfect. Just past the Tower tube stop. Rooms were spacious. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast well worth the cost.
Two green spaces adjacent. Pickleball count across window. Fun to watch players. ZiZi’s restaurant just two blocks down and across the street
Small reception area but always manned. Note: no hand rail on the stairs to the entrance. Difficult to manage with luggage"

"Excellent location. 5 mins walk from Tower Hill tube station (opposite Tower of London). Access to building/room is sent 15
minutes before 3pm check in, However, I couldn’t access the link (from email). Rang customer services and 10
minutes later they sent a txt. After that all fine. Room had a few maintenance issues. But we were in and out so didn’t really bother us that much. Clean bedding and towels. Kitchen facilities ok. Could cook a meal if wanted to. Fridge freezer working. I would...
