"So so hotel. You pay for the location"

"Overall, the location was good. It's close to Browning which gave more dining choices with better prices and better food. The lodging was okay. However, our room was ready several hours late. After driving all day to get there, it was a bit frustrating. The staff was friendly enough."

"We stayed for three nights and the hotel was clean with a fridge and microwave. Hotel staff were very friendly. The queen room we had was very small and difficult to move around in with suitcases. The hotel is 20 miles from West Yellowstone. We ate breakfast at their restaurant once which was a buffet for about $14 and decided to.go elsewhere for the next two mornings due to the quality."

"This room at the entrance of Yellowstone was fantastic. Newly updated, loved the bear and moose decor. It had everything we needed, very clean, all windows in front to view any wildlife. The only negative was the bathroom sink was tiny and the faucet was in center and too big. Water splashed out when rinsing hands, washing face or brushing teeth. That being said can’t recommend this enough if your traveling to Gardiner, MT!"

"Hotels in National Park “gateway” communities frequently have a reputation for low quality and very high prices. I am pleased to report that the Roosevelt Hotel is not in this category. Check-in was quick and polite. The rooms were clean and well-serviced - with working heating and AC. A continental breakfast was included. "The Wi-Fi was unacceptably slow. It was almost equivalent to having no internet connection, as we could not watch YouTube or download offline maps. There was also a serious bathroom issue. When we flushed the toilet, water leaked to the lower floor. As a result, staff came to check our room while we were showering and suggested that we should not have water on the floor when showering, even though we did not cause this issue. "We loved this hotel just a mile out of Yellowstone Park. There are only tiny little hotels around so this was the Ritz! The bed was sooo comfy, the Keurig was great. The view was amazing. Great restaurant next door for dinner, the Yellowstone Mine. Definitely recommend this place."

"Beautiful place in Gardiner right outside of Yellowstone North Entrance. This home was perfect for our family vacation and the town had charm. Small grocery store nearby, plenty of restaurants and walkable tourist stops. I would highly recommend!! 10 out of 10"
