"I didn't end up staying at the accommodation. The listing on Expedia and the name of the room made it sound like this room was in a multi-unit hotel type accommodation. The neighborhood is a run down and there are no nearby restaurants or facilities. When I arrived at the unit it was clearly a remodeled residence converted to have several units. It was an older building with a door directly onto the street with no lobby or front desk. There is no manager or assistance on site. There was a...

"Parking was good. The air conditioning cooled but was loud and blew on us in the bed. The rooms could use blackout curtains. "

"It's one of the best priced properties available. That being said, it's an older building with older furnishings and an older bathroom and kitchen. Everything worked fine, but it won't be either fancy or modern."

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, maybe overly so. The breakfast was fine. I would call it "fancy food." Not my kind of thing. There climate control in the room was good, but the bathroom was difficult to control as it was on the top floor with no fan that worked. The bed were firm and the pillows good. It might be good to note the rooms location on the booking. I may not have booked a 3rd floor room for my elderly mother."

"Clean room and hospitable staff"

"This property was terrific! We were there for the sad event of a funeral, so for only one night, but it was clean, convenient, good breakfast options, friendly staff -- everything. (Made a difficult trip a little easier.)"

"Room was clean, pool questionable, breakfast not very good. We had to have staff find us pots and pans, the first ones they found were dirty. Staff was very helpful when we needed missing items."

"Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

"Over charging but not enough service"

"The room is large with a big tv. The towels are low quality, small, thin, and rough. We asked multiple times for them to clean our room, but it wasn’t done in our three day stay. There is no place to hang towels, so we had to request towels daily. I researched this hotel and found great reviews, but was surprised to discover that I was mislead. If this hotel was better maintained, I think it would’ve been a nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the colorful quilts were nice."

"I would only stay here if it was the last place on Earth. Even then i would choose my car next time."
