"I was publicly shamed for the credit card I used upon checking in. I was humiliated in front of the entire lobby. Additionally, for paying almost $400 per night, our view was of the roof hvac system. The room quality was barely average. I originally thought booking this hotel would be a nice way to spend my birthday. Never again. I’ll save my money and stay ANYWHERE else."

"This location is wildly different from the other Hilton Garden Inn's in the vicinity, albeit just as expensive. There were limited walkable locations to eat & there was a guest on my floor screaming bloody murder/slamming doors all evening. I was afraid to leave my room.
