"As a business traveler this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for years. My room was sold out from under me, so I was downgraded to a disgusting
, moldy, mildewed room. If still sniffing and sneezing. Carpets all stained, walls stained, some sort of life form growing in the bathroom grout.
Breakfast was inedible. Try the eggs! Spit them out in the first bite because they tasted and had the consistency of sand, while the sausage links were completely raw. Staff couldn’t care less. No one runs a hotel like this!!
This place is horrendous and should be shutdown.
Never again!"

"Images on hotels.com were not what we got when we got there. As the hotel had just been bought out by Spark. Everything was new. On our second day., breakfast changed, we no longer had the option of protein for breakfast as that was removed. We could pay for it. Staff did not know how to operate the air-conditioning units in the room, it was new. We wanted the fan to blow for noise, that could not be done. There was no coffee maker in the room as it was removed from the rooms as Spark does not provide coffee makers in the rooms. We were staying there for the historic aspect and not prepared for the change. We would have stayed closer to the golf course if we would have known.
But, it was clean, new, great staff, easy location. I feel Spark should have called to prepare us for the construction and changes."
